1.Description of Rotary Trommel Sieve:
Rotary trommel sieve is applied in process of particles grading in Rotary drum screen is suitable for screening and classifying gravel, clay, mountain meal, sand, lump coal, coal dust, coal washing,lump,powder substance, etc. Drum screen is widely used in quarry, coal industry, chemical, mineral-selecting industry, metallurgy, construction and other industries .Our rotary drum screen is constructed of high quality material, designed for high performance, high production rates, lower operating costs and lower maintenance.This material is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various forms such as centrifugal Concentrator, spirals, jigs etc.
2.Working Principle of Rotary Trommel Sieve
Rotary Trommel sieve is consist of five parts as drum, frame, hopper, reducer and motor. After the broken stone into the drum, on the one hand, materials being screened along with the rotation of drum, on the other hand, the bigger materials flow forward along the direction of slope and be separated by the screen with different number of meshes. The different materials fall into different hopper and then be sent to different finished product stacks by manpower or belt conveyor.
3.RotaryTrommel Sieve Features:
installed on a central axle trailer or on a semi-trailer - well equipped standard version - drum rpm adjustable via frequency converter - welded spirals guarantee high screening capacities and a dosed feed - in case of volume reduction and screening of fines optimal results in combination with the primary crusher,
- screening capacities of 10 - 300 m³/h - drum easily to be changed - installation possible directly above a silo - wide, galvanized evacuation trough conveyors - options: FE-Separation, wind sifting for separation of the light fraction, extension of the infeed bunker, etc.
